Stopped receiving surveys – Google Opinion Rewards Review

I’ve had this app for years and all of a sudden, I haven’t received any surveys in almost 8 months. I’ve logged in and out, changed settings, and even googled how to get surveys back. Nothing works. I’ve been stuck at 1 dollar for almost a year. Probably gonna delete. Dunno what the issue is.
