Bad, plus version a rip off – Yahoo Mail - Organized Email Review

I bought the plus version for 1.99 a month solely to be able to unblock some email addresses a crazy abusive controlling “friend” previously blocked without my knowledge or consent. Despite me paying to use these extra features, it still displays as if I don’t have it, but I got to my subscriptions and I’m paying for it? That is very much a rip off, fraud, or whatever, or there’s just a really big error that seriously needs to be remedied because this is ridiculous. I can’t request customer service because you only get that if you pay, and it thinks I haven’t! But it send me to manage my subscriptions and it’s right there, on auto renewal. Please fix this.
