Constantly “forgets” that I am ad-free subscriber – USA TODAY: US & Breaking News Review

Really, this problem has been going on far too long, and absolutely no excuse for it. I have sent complaints to USA-Today over and over but to no avail. Not only is there no improvement, but they don’t even bother to answer! Next time it happens, probably in the next couple of days, I’ll just cancel my subscription and delete the app.
