Does not save files – Microsoft Word Review

There are have been several instances where my file was not saved. It did not matter is it was on the “auto save option” or the manual save option. It would display that it saved in the past minute, but once I went out and came back to the document all progress was lost. Doesn’t matter if you save on you iPad or over the cloud, the file continues to become corrupt and goes back to the initial save point. Doesn’t help to delete the app and reinstall. Looked online and they’ve been having this issue since 2015, clearly a bug they can’t fix. For someone who is depending on this for schooling it’s so disheartening to work hard on a paper save it (either manual or via auto save) to multiple locations and still loose all your progress.
