Overall Great… Concern About VPN – Spectrum TV Review

Overall I am very pleased with Spectrum TV App. Very useful and intuitive to operate. So nice to watch programming on my mobile device! Only concern is about VPN. The app won’t operate on my iPhone without the VPN being turned off. Is this the way it’s programmed or is there a setting I’ve missed? I’m hopeful someone with Spectrum can address this issue. Thank you!
