Very unreliable – British Airways Review

British Airways systems are inconsistent and unreliable. You get system error along the way that do not explain what the problem is and leave you stranded without knowing how to proceed. The options are limited, and the airline seems to not care whatsoever about making their customer’s experience easier and seamless. BA is difficult at every step.
