It was useful until... – Period Tracker Period Calendar Review

I had a hysterectomy recently. I am not quite ready to delete the app yet because it contains a few years worth of data... but I can't find any option to turn off period tracking. I also couldn't submit this through the bug report system, because it kept insisting I need to put an address into my phone's mail settings. (I'm on an iPad and have 3 different mail accounts logged into it already.)
