App won’t load rates or let me book room – Hilton Honors: Book Hotels Review

For many, many months now, the app will not let me book a room. I have to call Hilton to get a reservation or use points. It just says ‘can’t load rates’ on the app. Very frustrating. Only hotel app I can’t use to book a room. Please fix this!
