Total fraud app! – Remitly: Send Money & Transfer Review

Only sent $1600 abroad and got rejected. Called customer service for 1hr30mins, ask for my name, social number, address, my work place, tax ID, bank statements everything, and still lock my account said I don’t have the source of the $1600?!? I freaking own a company in NY! And provided all the information. I asked for the Representive’s first and last name and rep ID, he refused to give and said that’s the personal/private information, yet all my PERSONAL documents sent to them are not personal/private information? They are using customers documents for illegal purposes for sure! And yet the $1600 they rejected they still CHARGED from bank! Disgusting app, disgusting services!
