Micronutrients – Calorie Counter by Cronometer Review

This is the best free app for tracking micronutrients. You can also use the camera to capture barcodes if you don’t want to input data yourself. I use it for adding my protein powders! If you have a special diet, it’s really helpful in determining if you’re getting adequate nutrition. Also you can change the values for your target goal. Example: omega 3 can be change from RDI (recommended daily intake) to a higher value if you’d like to incorporate more omega 3s in your diet.
