Good app… but buggy – Spark Mail + AI: Email Inbox Review

This is the best email app out there. Kind of a sad statement because Spark is BUGGY. I routinely have to force-close the app and reopen it a couple times before emails actually load anything but the headers. Sometimes you quick delete emails and then force-close the app. All those emails are back in the inbox and are marked unread. Spark does not consistently sync between devices. Read and delete on the iPad, then ta-dah! It’s unread and undeleted on the iPhone, even an hour or two later. The best email apps are not very good, have bugs, and app crashes. At least Spark only crashes once every week or two. That’s saying something in a world of lousy email apps. Spark is the best email app I’ve found, even though it is buggy. I’m willing to work with the bugs, but Spark isn’t getting better. The same bugs stick around for years. Literally, for years. Imagine dealing with those issues on a BAD email app, instead of a decent app like Spark?
