Busy mom – Seven: 7 Minute Workout Review

I’m a single mom and I wear many hats! Taking care of myself is NOT ONE OF THEM! 7 has allowed me a quick and fast way to squeeze “me” in! In the time it would take to make coffee, I can get a full body workout in and not feel guilty for taking time for myself! I love it! Thanks 7!
