Long Turnaround Time on Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds – Zip - Buy Now, Pay Later Review

This app is fairly easy to use, but it takes over 2 weeks to process returns, cancellations and refunds. Not sure why it takes so long as most times with my bank it’s pretty instant with cancellations, and 5 days max for returns or refunds. (Quadpay) never had any issues like this.
