Bugging out? – Cow Evolution: Evolve Animals Review

I downloaded this game a week ago, and so far it has been amazing! However, I do have one issue - for the past two days, I haven't been able to spend more than 3 seconds in the game at a time. I'd enter the app, and then my game would instantly freeze. Not crash, just freeze. Usually with other games I've found that uninstalling and reinstalling solves the problem, but I don't want to lose my progress! Is there any way to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.
