Bad resolution – FreePrints Photo Tiles Review

In the past I bought the canvas tiles and the resolution was pretty good. However I just received 4 more tiles and this time I chose glass and the resolution was very grainy. I am going to send a message to the company to see if I can get this issue resolved. Paying good money for unclear photo tiles is not cool. Updated review: I talked to customer service via live chat and they agreed the resolution was bad, they said it was a “production error” therefore they are reprinting them and sending them in the mail! I will update once I get the new tiles! I appreciate the customer service!!
