Totally awful – Hilton Honors: Book Hotels Review

We were sent an email advising us to get the app for contactless check-in and to choose our room. When I downloaded the app and entered my confirmation number after inputting my honors number, it said no reservation found. I tried everything, including resetting the password, and nothing worked. Very frustrating….
