It was really good until a few days ago – Second Phone Number' Review

A few days ago I switched phones and as a result I lost my phone number on my old phone. After, I was charged extra for a new number twice, but this number was not the old one. I’ve been trying to contact customer service for the last three weeks but no one has been able to get me because getting my old phone number back is really important. Recently, I have been really disappointed with the way the app has been running.
