App won’t download – PBS KIDS Video Review

The app is great but it won’t redownload. The app was crashing Immediately upon opening it so we decided to delete it and Download again. When we press the download icon we only get the spinning wheel endlessly . We removed apps so there is more than enough space on the iPad. Any suggestions ?
