Data Not Safe – Calorie Counter by Cronometer Review

Been using app for over a year. They decided to change blood pressure format and in the process over wrote my data with zeros. After several back and forth with them. I am told it is my problem. I gave them various options that would work but still refused to help me fix their mistake. Their new format is terrible too. Unusable. No useful graph for the blood pressure data. Now I have to process the data after downloading now because they combined the readings. They do not even handle the data consistently. My data from Withings goes in the new format but my data from Samsung Health still goes in the old format.
