HELP – Pokémon TV Review

so before I had every single season of Pokémon on this app when I downloaded and one day when I was finishing season 5 I open up the app only for about half of the seasons to be gone now I have several accounts and all of those accounts have only a few seasons like rn I only have all of Alola and kalos evolutions generations and origins and that’s it so I don’t know what happened to the app but I need some help
