Horrible. – Wingstop Review

I placed my mobile order for delivery through the app on November 29th. Waiting hours!! For a $90 order. I was supposed to be issued a refund that night with a 3-5 business wait. I’ve called the support number NUMEROUS TIMES all they do is write a report. The last lady I spoke to even said I already had multiple reports open and they have constant problems with the app and delivery orders. Ordered November 29th 2021 qnd here we are January 7 2022 and I’m still waiting for my refund.
