Worst customer service – SlideShow Maker Photo to Video Review

I’ve had an issue getting into my account and it freezes and won’t let me in the app. I do some work stuff from this app and I’ve emailed over 10 times and I’ve gotten nothing but an automated email. It tells me I’d the issue continues to reply to that email and I’ve done so 10 times and I’ve only gotten the same auto response! The worst. I’ve now lost work projects that I can’t even access. I need a refund asap!
