Made purchases received absolutely no rewards – Isle Builder: Click to Survive Review

Bought the witch pack and barbarian pack, didn’t give me either, nor the airdrops; and purchased add skip, no rewards, still intermittent adds and I have to watch adds for crates. What is this rip off
