No Reschedule or Message Function – Booksy for Customers Review

App doesn’t let you reschedule or message anyone. Had something come up and needed to move appointment a half day, couldn’t move it and got charged a cancellation fee even though I clearly rebooked the same appointment later in the day. Will avoid this app at all costs.
