Lost Wages – Workday Review

I don’t know how this company is legal. I’ve worked at my place of employment for a couple months. Just within that short timeframe I’ve lost out on 2 hours of work. The app rounds up or rounds down to the nearest 15 minutes. I did the math one day and between the rounding up and down, it was a little over 160 minutes they hadn’t paid me for. I’m sure the only way they get away with this is being able to say they round up every now and then but clearly it’s far less often. Absolutely ridiculous and should be illegal.
