Zoosk changed my password and email – Zoosk - Social Dating App Review

One star is too much. On their dating site this cuts off all communication with with people. Zoosk provided no reason except to say “You account has been blocked by a Zoosk administrator.” Without access to the site I cannot find the place to request technical help I used months ago. Months ago I learned the hard way that there is an unwritten rule precluding men from sending contact information, complained, and use of the app was restored. The rule should be clear to both women and men to avoid difficulties and not alarm some people at the request. I would make there continued use of Apple conditional on establishing an independent ombudsman, fixing reported user problems promptly with notice to both parties, and fixing systematic problems in a months.
