App not letting me sign in – Athleta: Fashion & Athleisure Review

I’ve used the Athleta app for years and love it, but a couple weeks ago, every time I sign in on the app, it asks me to “verify my identity” on the desktop. I do this, and then nothing happens. I cannot currently shop through the app because of this issue, and there’s no tech support available. Something is buggy, Athleta.
