Downloads don’t work – PBS KIDS Video Review

You download videos for offline viewing but the app doesn’t recognize them despite the videos being on your device. App says you have no downloads and presents an you are offline message, rendering the download/offline function broken and unusable. Otherwise app would be terrific! Please fix this. Thank you!
