Cancelation – Strava: Run, Bike, Hike Review

I’ve been trying for two days to cancel my account and delete my data . I’ve followed all the steps but they have not sent me the final email to finalize this process. However when i ask a technical question an email come right away. I feel they are stalling my cancelation process which should make others feel weary of signing up for this service as they appear to not have good follow through.
