App doesn’t update when task is already completed – Observa: Earn Money via PayPal Review

I kinda went out of my way to do a task that was still available to for me to accept. When I get the store the manager says someone already came and completed the task even though it says it’s still available to me. There’s no number or chat support for you to contact to confirm this so I’m just at a loss for the gas/time. I have no way to know if the system is just slow or the person who came and submitted were rejected. Now I just have to wait until they get back to me but they don’t even give a timed estimate. Maybe only do it for stores you already frequent and have to pick stuff up at.
