Entering problems – MANGA Plus by SHUEISHA Review

This app seems to have good potential and good reviews, but I can't actually get to the content. The first thing that appears is the terms of use and acceptance, which i can agree to, and when i press 'agree' it transfers me to the changing language page. When i press done (bottom of screen-- as was the acceptance of terms and use), the page disappears and sends me back to the terms of use! Is anyone able to help?
