HD function not working – BeautyPlus - AI Photo Editor Review

I have had this app for years . I love it ! I have the premium subscription. Since Friday 12/31/21 the HD function is not working . That is the only function I cannot get to work and it’s my favorite function. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’m connected to Wifi and my subscription does not expire until November 2022 . I have emailed the support team and have had no response back . I feel if the HD function is not operating there is no point in this app. I can use other photo editing apps instead .
