Intro stuck on so cant use – Breethe: Sleep & Meditation Review

I really wanted to like this app and I even subscribed. But I can't get into it anymore. I open it and it has this intro music welcoming me back that keeps playing and playing. It plays long enough that my phone shuts down and I have to start over. The screen responds to nothing so I can't get into the app. That intro has got to be gotten rid of so we can get to the meditations that we want. In the interim I'm canceling my subscription
