They send Negative Account Balance error forever – Spin - Electric Scooters Review

The app is underdeveloped. If you choose Apple Pay it will generate an error. Then it will trigger this company to endlessly sending “your account does not have payment” regardless of actual payment status. I had to chose paypal to pay a ride, and even the payment record is fulfilled on the app, you will endlessly get the annoying negative account balance; action needed warning emails. I contacted customer support, they mentioned I have no balance due, and it’s all set. The case closed. Not really. You keep getting negative account balance warning. Just try other public scooter service, bot this one. The scooter is actually slower than the service too. Totally not recommendable.
