Horrible. 7NOW so buggy. Promo doesn’t work. 7 takes your points – 7-Eleven: Rewards & Shopping Review

UPDATE 3 Not one response or resolution in over a week! Nothing! And I still can’t use the promo thing they have going, for over a week!!! Customer service my $$. I tried to figure it out, and voila, now the promo is expired, while I’m trying order, for over a week!! What a company!!! So I search for items they have by simple key words, or even by basic category. Items don’t show up, yet when I wade through all the complex categories, they ARE there in stock, stupid and poor platform. 7NOW is just a website in the app, not really part of any app. Painful checkout process, particularly if you have to change locations to buy a product. I could go on with bugs. UPDATE 2. So for fun I called the number given again. When I chose the 7NOW option, it rang and hung up, over and over. So I picked the options for other. The guy was right away saying I called the wrong number. The number I was given here, and the menu option clearly said 7NOW, yet he insisted I was dialling the wrong number and insisted on giving me a new number. I explained again the option was clearly in the IVR as number 1, he didn’t care. His attitude wasn’t about customer service, it was it’s not my job to take care of customers, and I called him on that. I had to suggest he transfer me, which took him a while to agree to. Then next person had a challenge understanding the basic, it says it’s been used, and wanted to blame me. Then she wanted to take my info for some escalation that would call me back. I had to explain this is 7NOW not 7Tomorrow, this is a convenience/delivery option and every step of the way this is ridiculous. She put me on hold and came back explaining she can’t do anything. The customer service rep that is there 24/7, can’t actually provide any customer service. This is ludicrous at this point. To have something NOW, to take days and hours of my time. What a pathetic attempt at service. Deplorable. UPDATE. Phone? HAH. I DID phone, and got an attitude of we don’t care. They didn’t see a problem with the system so they just forwarded off somewhere. They offered nothing, did nothing. Still doesn’t work of course. Never heard back. Like it matters Sev is a convenience store, not something someone is going to phone around or wait for a call back to get something they want NOW. This company has a poor attitude towards their customers. Come buy stuff in the store, otherwise don’t big us. And if you try to contact through the app, you also hear nothing. They have this big online platform, yet they can’t make it work, nor keep customers happy. ______ I wasted over and hour to use their 7NOW feature, with a promo. Promo says I’ve used it , yet never used 7NOW ever. Then multiple good payment methods wouldn’t work. Then suddenly it had PayPal, so then it logged in and I selected a card and…. PayPal spinning wheel of death. PayPal works for me everywhere else. Then I quit and went back in, no more PayPal, it only came up once out of 15? attempts. Faster for me to walk through the cold snow than use this stupid app. Then I realized they took points away. I’ve logged a few times at the store, see a bunch of points and go and buy stuff or get a reward and…. fails and my points disappear. Yet my account is not hacked. Now when I go to look for deals, it’s painful to click and click and click to look the them. The older app was easy and less junk. This thing has become bloatware, marketing hype all over vs an actual rewards program.
