Go to Angi – Thumbtack: Hire Service Pros Review

I had about a 20% success rate actually finding professionals, so I thought I’d try the subscription service for instant booking. Booked a gutter cleaning, paid, and they rescheduled twice. Then stopped talking to me. I contacted thumbtack support and they asked for more info and then stopped responding. I contested the charge, went to Angi, and got my gutters cleaned. The app itself has a poor interface. Crashes regularly. Inbox message management is poor. And every time I’ve requested help for a project I’ve had to put in the details twice.
