Other TOP In-APPS do not download after purchasing – Curious George: Zoo Animals for iPad Review

I bought the App with the intention to get the other Top In-App as well. The other Top In-Apps do not download. I have tried several times with no success. I have already paid but I dont have the Top In-App downloaded. this needs to be fixed. Not happy at all
