THIS APP IS A SCAM!! – GIF Keyboard Maker: Extra Emoji Sticker.s & GIFS Review

I paid for the Pro Version and never received it! It kept asking me to upgrade over and over again. When I tried to cancel the pending transaction, the App Store wouldn’t allow me to. Apple should not allow developers like this to exist in their App Store.
