I cannot log in, no PW reset email ever received – Jack in the Box® Order App Review

I have been going in circles trying to log back in using my FB account and finally just tried to have my PW reset. No e-mail ever received. Then I tried using my apple account to sign in and it says “we’re already friends” then tells me something went wrong with the email or PW. Super annoyed. I can’t even use this app anymore.
