Hidden Side not Downloading and having an “X” when Downloaded! – LEGO® HIDDEN SIDE™ Review

AToday I just downloaded the Hidden Side app and when it finally downloaded there was a red “X” saying this cannot be downloaded! I gave my IPod Touch a break. It took an hour to do the same thing again! When I had Nexo Knights I also had problems with scanning the shields. Please help me!
