Very bad customer service – Mi Banco Mobile Review

This is the most unfriendly app and service. Needed to complete a transfer from one account to another within your institution and was told I wasn’t able to perform the transaction, can’t even express my frustration here but bad enough to soon close my account all together Ineptitud to say the least.
