Lost all paid for sounds – Sleep Sounds by Sleep Pillow Review

I loved this app until a recent apple update in which I lost all of my paid for sounds. I contacted the company and they did not help restore them. I still have them on my iPad but lost them on my iPhone. Very frustrating! Poor customer service.
