Love this game, but lost purchases. – Operate Now: Hospital Review

Have played this game on and off throughout the years. Recently it was saying no internet connection so I had to delete and reload to get it to work again. Some doctors/nurses etc were restored but I now have ads again, lost all my building I did, money, etc.
