Great, but a little confusing – 1.1.1.1: Faster Internet Review

This app is awesome, and the free option goes a long way in helping many people keep their privacy! I highly suggest it to anyone that asks, however, explaining it to them isn’t always easy. The interface of having to go into the options to turn Warp back on after dropping down into DNS only is confusing. I’m not a designer, but I can’t immediately imagine any pitfalls to having two sliders on the screen. If you turn on Warp then the 1.1.1.1 slider turns on too if it isn’t already on. You all have something great with this two levels of protection, show it off! No need hide it in the options menu. If the argument is having an app so simple you only need one slider, please don’t die on that hill, it’s not a great interface for all of your users Having to switch in between modes is common when going into an area/situation with slow internet (like when only a text message needs to get through) or for services that try to actively block VPNs (like video streaming)
