App does not open on my apple iPad – Mary Kay® Interactive Catalog Review

There seems to be a problem with this app. I’ve downloaded several times on my iPad and it does not open. It opens and remains on the start page and does not go any further. I Had to delete it. Can someone look into this and report back?
