Poor Customer service and poor online service – Lowe's Home Improvement Review

I ordered something through this app and they screwed it up royally. Don’t waste your time in dealing with the customer service because I highly incompetent boobs.Every person you speak to give you a different answer. I ordered something online so I called and they said it was gonna be shipped out on Wednesday and I will not receive it for few days that is one representative. Another representative said we have no way of contacting them. Another representative said I can transfer over to FedEx which they did to the switch to date. They did not switch the date they brought it here while I was away for the day. I do not trust Lowe’s for nothing. They’re chatting customer service people including their online is a waste of time. This app is a joke. Also I wore another thing in my home location they put me into another laws so there we had to switch that over. Plus their automated system is disgusting. Don’t waste your time and downloading it.
