Double Billed and lost service – McAfee Security: Privacy & VPN Review

I paid upfront for a yearly subscription to McAfee VPN services app on IPhone. I paid for it with my Apple account credit card. I am now in the fourth month. And a McAfee is trying to bill me for another subscription. Asking me for a subscription number that is on an email that was sent for months ago. Are you kidding me?
