Lost me with top bar ad – True Skate Review

Opened this game up after a few years. Used to play it daily and the mechanics are solid for a mobile skateboarding game. I frequently reset the starting position by clicking the button in the top middle. I just tried to do this but saw the top bar was replaced by a scummy ad for some kind of ‘prize drawing.’ Had to wait for it to go away before being able to use buttons that are integral to the function of the game. Absolutely shameful attempt at monetization and the bottom of the barrel ad is an insult to users intelligence. I’ve gladly paid a few bucks for extra maps over the years, but this kind of ad is really off putting. Will not play again until this is changed.
