Does it ever work?? – Foot Locker - Shop Releases Review

This app should be called ‘Request Failed’ since it’s so prevalent. I get this message during logins, submitting entries for shoes, etc. Once I tried logging in 5 times, using the same user name / pswd and on the 6th it finally worked. I just don’t get it.
