Hard to get a png download – Word Swag - Cool Fonts Review

I try to save my images in png format so I can upload to another print company, yet this app won’t let me. I select to save as PNG format, and it just won’t! I can’t even get it to email the images to me. It states that I need to hook up an email address with them to use this function, yet you can’t find anywhere on the app, searching the web or reaching out to support on how to do this. This is So frustrating!!!!!!
